If the prosecutor has information that is of equal importance to the defence then it should be available,without hesitation.The pattern of the complainant with other men,I find reprehensible. Every man she decides to voluntarily go to the defendant home and then claim rape is rather one sided. The exception,is when she changes her mind,no means no,it at that time when the aggressors passion is of no importance.The aggressor should have been thinking of the future event,and leave the situation alone.
